A brief letter from the garage

Dear reader (and in fact, dear friend),

this version of my website represents my attempt at building a digital garage — a place for projects in progress and ideas taking shape; for engineering work to be documented and dreams to find their runway.

tread carefully, as the tools
may still be out.

about

Hi I'm Sudarsana.

Currently pursuing my MS at Virginia Tech, where I research solid-fuel ramjet combustion and CFD modeling at the Advanced Propulsion and Power Laboratory. My work focuses on polymer combustion behavior, regression dynamics, and high-pressure solid-fuel systems.

Before grad school, I interned at DRDO working on swarm drone control systems, and spent time at Brahmastra Aerospace designing satellite missions — where I won the "Best Mission Award." I also led aerodynamic design for my university's go-karting team, helping us win the Indian Karting Championship in 2021.

Currently building something interesting. The goal has always been the same: work on something fast.

I'm also part of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) — a global network of students and young professionals shaping the future of space policy. It keeps me connected to the bigger picture.
